My new horse seems to be having trouble ocassionally moving his leg forward as he walks. He will stamp his rear foot, move forward as he drags his hoof on the ground, and seems to not be able to move his hoof forward properly. Im unsure if the issue is based in the fetlock area or up in the stifle area. Anyone have any suggestions?
